GENERAL FIREARM SALES
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms sales are final. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.
PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. If you are picking up a firearm locally, you are required to bring a valid state-issued ID as well as the card used to checkout online. These two items must match! We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.
FIREARM TRANSFERS
Please have the transferee (business you are purchasing from) send an email to FFL@shooterschoicesc.com including the following information:
- Your name and contact information including your email address and phone number (We will need this to get in touch with you when your firearm is ready to be transferred to you).
- Information on the firearm being transferred including; make, model, and serial number.
- A copy of the seller’s Federal Firearms License (FFL). We cannot accept transfers from non-FFL dealers. Do not personally ship us firearms without going through a licensed FFL dealer.
If you decide to purchase a firearm outside of Shooters Choice and have it transferred to our facility, we charge a transfer fee per firearm. Transfer fees cover the administrative costs dealers accrue acquiring & inventorying firearms as well as processing the required ATF paperwork upon disposal to an individual.

Transfer Storage Fees:
Please note – due to our limited storage capacity, your transfer/s must be picked up within 60 days of arrival. After 60 days, you will be assessed a $75 storage fee (per item) in addition to any applicable transfer fees. We will hold the item/s for 120 days, after which time, the firearm/s will be considered abandoned and are subject to being sold.

ORDER FULLFILMENT
All orders are shipped promptly from our in-store inventory using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. Our Flat rate shipping policy only qualifies for the lower 48 states. We currently do not offer to ship to states outside the lower 48 and international. Orders cannot be processed and will be flagged as fraud if the billing and shipping address DO NOT match. IF the order is for a serialized item or firearm the system will dictate it as such and it will be sent to the chosen FFL. DO NOT put the FFL as the shipping address.
AMMUNITION PURCHASES
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with an adult signature required and sales on these items are final. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. Customers are responsible and must follow all local, state and federal laws. Please research before ordering if you are unsure about your local laws.
CONDITIONS OF USE

- By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Shooter's Choice is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
- I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
- I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
- I am not a fugitive from justice.
- I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.
- I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
- I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
- I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
- I am not currently less than twenty-one (21) years old.
- I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
INDEMNIFICATION AND AGREEMENT TO DEFEND
I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms of Sale are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release .com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase from Shooter's Choice.
I fully agree that by placing my order, I release Shooter's Choice from any and all liability arising from or related to the products I purchased from Shooter's Choice, including (but not limited to) my or anyone else use of the product, my or anyone else’s storage of the product, and my or anyone else’s handling or transportation of the product, and I agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release Shooter's Choice and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the products I purchased from Shooter's Choice.
