Just not my kind of doctor. She was nice but I felt like she was afraid to even touch me. Just was uneasy with her. Hence I wanted MY doctor!

She could have said at end. .this concludes our visit. Do u have any questions?...instead she walked out and as she was leaving I had to ask if the appt was over. She forgot to ask if I had any concerns

Rachelle is excellent!

I always appreciate how Rachelle listens during the appointment and the advice that she gives. She explains things at the appropriate level and gives me all the information I need. I highly recommend her to others.

Would have been good for her to care more about my issue and ask how I'm feeling. Or to dig more about it- not just take the surface answer.

Rachelle is very personable and easy to talk with. She Also replies to questions on the portal in a very timely fashion !

Please see comments given on first page. I will be seeking a new PCP after this disappointing appointment. Rachelle seemed to be more concerned with possible repercussions that could affect her than with my unresolved health issues that were causing me to need FMLA. I do not think I was asking anything of her outside of her job responsibilities as my PCP, but she seemed very confrontational and burdened by me asking her to fill out FMLA paperwork.

Provider went through appointment very quickly. Wish I would've been asked more questions.

Rachelle Mitchell, CRNP is always very thorough & doesn't make me feel rushed or that I was keeping her late. She addresses every issue from head to toe & I learn something new from her every time I'm there! Thank you Rachelle!!!

I felt Rochelle could improve on empathy and sincerity. I felt she demonstrated a know it all attitude' or it came out that way. I would have liked to have established a personable rapport and come out feeling she genuinely cared about me.

Provider was very good despite my efforts to be seen.

She didn't seem concerned with my well-being at all. And the things myself of the student with her brought up, like my ear appearing impacted with wax she shrugged off. She didn't explain anything about future treatment options and didn't seem to like me very much, even though I know that's not true, she was stand off Ish it was kind of odd.

She was very sweet and caring, had a student with her so it was a teaching appointment which was ok with me.that's how you learn. Just hard to see someone whom you never met and knows nothing about you.
