How frequently will I receive communications from Club Publix?
Frequency and communication methods may vary. However, we do take our communications seriously and want to ensure that they’re never too disruptive to our members. You may change or opt out of communication settings as you please. Please note that if you opt out of personalized communications, you will not be eligible to receive perks.
Do I have to enter my phone number or pay with the Publix app every time I shop?
It’s highly recommended. When you enter your phone number at checkout or pay with the Publix app every time you shop, future communications and savings are more personalized and relevant based on what you buy.

How do I manage personalized communications?
To opt in, visit the Perks & Coupons tab in your Club Publix account. There you will see a prompt to “Opt In.”
To opt out, visit Publix Terms of Use or contact Customer Care.
How do I update or verify my phone number?
Log into your account and access your profile information. There, you will be able to update and verify your phone number.

How do I redeem the Club Publix member offers I receive?
Simply enter your phone number at checkout or pay with the Publix app before completing your transaction.
My friend/neighbor received an email or online offer that I did not receive. How do I get on the distribuion list?
Club Publix does not have a distribution list. To be eligible to receive various perks and offers based on your location and interests, follow these steps:
- Sign up for aClub Publixaccount and add your verified phone number.
- Ensure that the account is opted in to personalized communications. This is based on your interests and purchase history.
- Enter your phone number at checkout or pay with the Publix app every time you shop in-store.

My family member/friend lives in a different area and receives promotions that are not valid at my Publix store. Why?

When you join Club Publix and enter your phone number at checkout or pay with the Publix app every time you shop, you receive perks personalized for you.
I received an offer, but the expiration time frame is short (or has already expired). Why?
Offers are based on weekly deals and other location-based efforts. We’re sorry if your offer has expired. Please be assured that we always look for ways to help you save.
My friend received a Publix email with a coupon. How do I sign up to receive future offers?
It’s simple! Go to clubpublix.com and complete the online registration. Enter your phone number at checkout or pay with the Publix app every time you shop in-store to receive future offers. We encourage you to check your weekly emails for potential perks. While our offer types and timing are not guaranteed and certain deals are limited to specific locations, we always look for ways to help you save.
When I receive a digital coupon in my email, do I need to print it?
No. Digital coupons can be accessed online by “clipping” them into your Club Publix account. When you enter your phone number at checkout or pay with the Publix app, any clipped digital coupons or perks in your Club Publix account will be applied to your qualified purchase.
How do I redeem digital coupons?
Simply enter your phone number at checkout or pay with the Publix app before completing your qualified purchase.
I forgot to enter my phone number or pay with the Publix app. How can I redeem my offer?
Unfortunately, the only way to redeem your offer is to enter your phone number at checkout or pay with the Publix app at the time of purchase. We are sorry you were unable to redeem your offer; however, we always look for ways to provide you with valuable offers to help you save.
I received an offer through email, but it was not reflected in my transaction.
Digital offers follow the same guidelines as paper coupons; however, each perk or offer may have a unique disclaimer or purchase requirements. You may find the offer’s disclaimer by visiting ourdigital couponspage or by looking in your Club Publix account and selecting the coupon. The disclaimer may vary by offer, region, etc.
How do I make sure I receive my birthday and half-birthday perks?
Log in to your Club Publix account and go to the Settings tab. Update the birthday field to include your birth date.
This information must be added to your account at least 10 days before your birthday to receive the perks.
What restrictions apply for Club Publix offers?
Club Publix offers and perks cannotbe redeemed on purchases of alcohol, tobacco, lottery items, money services, postage stamps, gift cards, or prescriptions; or on the portion of any transaction constituting taxes or fees. Additionally, offers and perks cannot be earned on perk redemptions, other discounts, coupons, taxes, or other fees.
What happened to my wallet?
The Club Publix wallet has been renamed “Perks & Coupons.” You can locate your Club Publix perks and clipped digital coupon here.

Do I need to download an app to become a Club Publix member?
No. However, the Publix app may help you to manage your account conveniently. If you’d like to use your phone to pay, you must download the app and add your debit or credit card. Otherwise, you may alwaysaccess your account online.
How do I pay with the Publix app?
When completing your transaction at the register, the screen displaying your purchases will have a QR code at the bottom right corner. Please follow these steps to pay with the Publix app:
- Open the Publix app.
- Be sure you have a form of payment on file.
- Tap thePayicon.
- Scan the QR code displayed on the point-of-sale screen.
How do I redeem offers when paying with the Publix app?
When you pay with the Publix app, all eligible clipped and perks coupons in your Club Publix account are automatically applied to your qualifying purchases. You don’t need to enter your phone number before completing your transaction when you pay with the app.

I signed up for a Club Publix account, but I was unable to verify my phone number. What should I do?

Why do I need to verify my phone number?
To receive all the relevant perks and offers, Publix now requires you to verify your phone number to ensure the number belongs to you.
Why was my phone number removed from my account?
If a user successfully completes the verification process and confirms that they are the rightful owner of a phone number, that phone number is assigned to the new owner’s account and removed from its previous account.
